Return and Refund Policy

At RudraAura.in, operated by AR TRADING, customer trust and product authenticity are our highest priorities. This policy explains when and how returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for our gemstones, rudraksha, crystals, jewellery, and spiritual products.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement request may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect noticed at the time of delivery

Conditions to Qualify

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging
  • All tags, certificates, seals, and accessories must remain intact
  • Customized, resized, energized, or worn items are not eligible

Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package opening is compulsory
  • Claims without proper photo/video evidence will not be approved

Non-Acceptable Claims

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Courier charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery
  • Beaded bracelets and size-specific items
  • Crystal trees
  • Rakhi products
  • Correctly delivered items as per order
  • Discounted, promotional, or clearance-sale products

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 12–15 working days
  • Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used during purchase
  • You will be notified by email once the refund is approved or rejected

Important Refund Rules

  • Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate bank accounts or wallets
  • This policy ensures compliance with financial and legal regulations

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Additional verification documents may be required for high-value orders
  • Bank details, cancelled cheque, or valid ID may be requested
  • Refunds will be processed only if provided details match order records

Delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or public holidays are beyond our control and are not the responsibility of AR TRADING.

4. Return / Replacement Procedure

  1. Request: Email us within 7 days of delivery with order ID and proof
  2. Approval: Wait for written confirmation before returning any item
  3. Dispatch: Ship the product securely at your own cost
  4. Inspection: Our quality team will examine the returned item
  5. Resolution: Approved refunds or replacements are processed as per timelines

5. Authenticity & Product Disclaimer

  • All products sold by RudraAura are sourced from verified suppliers
  • Each item undergoes quality checks before dispatch
  • Spiritual and gemstone products are belief-based; results vary by individual
  • No guaranteed outcomes or promises are implied

6. Refund & Exchange Exclusions

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor packaging imperfections
  • Natural variations in color, texture, or size of stones
  • Differences caused by screen resolution or lighting

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
  • Refused COD deliveries may lead to account restrictions

8. International Orders

  • Customs duties, VAT, and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Refused or undelivered international shipments will incur return deductions
  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and verified

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received:

  • Please check with your bank or card issuer
  • Allow additional processing time due to banking cycles
