1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and confirmed, it is prepared and processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a dispatch notification with tracking details once the order is shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Within India:
Orders are generally delivered within 0 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International Orders:
International shipments are typically delivered within 0 to 15 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, customs clearance, or other external factors.
3. Courier Partners & Shipment Tracking
We work with trusted national and international logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For Indian Orders:
All product prices are inclusive of applicable GST. No extra charges are payable at delivery.
For International Orders:
Any customs duty, VAT, import tax, or additional fee imposed by the destination country is the responsibility of the customer. AR TRADING does not control or collect these charges.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers must ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and other details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
AR TRADING is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused due to incorrect or insufficient address information.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
Courier service disruptions
Customs clearance delays
Weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities
AR TRADING shall not be held liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Customers are requested to check their package immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, missing item, or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or resolution based on the situation and our internal assessment.
